As this tumultuous year we know to be 2012 begins, I actually see the divide that stretches across our Nation becoming more clear and distinct. The choice is a relatively simple one from my point of view:

Do you believe the Federal Government should control the entire breadth of our lives (health care, business, education, diet! And the list from this administration swells ever larger)… Or do you see the optimal role, the constitutional role of the Federal Government in a more limited scope, one that allows the flow of competition and places the responsibility for one’s survival & prosperity on the individual themselves.

For me the choice is quite poignantly clear. I fervently opt for the latter. Having started working at 12 (delivering papers), handling odd jobs for my father and siblings at his trucking company in my teens, entering the military during the 80′s, and now trying to grow and prosper my own company in this economy… work has always been my solution.

We have never been rich, but we (my wonderful wife and I) always managed to have enough; blessed with continuously improving opportunity as we worked our way through the “Early Years”. Six kids, dogs, cats, fish, birds, hamsters, snakes, and a few others ‘pets’ along the way, we’ve managed to hang in there and do all right for ourselves.

As I watch and listen to this President speak (when I am able to force myself and can stand to listen to him) I see and hear only more taking from the producers in our society. I see clever attempts at the use of “Class Warfare” to form a larger and larger mob of the disgruntled. I do not see solutions from this administration. I see only endless extensions of unemployment benefits for those that received checks for not working for years. I watch in horror as the leader of this “Leftist Wave” hires more and more Federal Employees. Workers that earn not based on production of goods or services that are in demand, but rather to cater to the mind numbing multitude of sheeple the bureaucracy needs to herd by Government edict.

Growth in the Government sector has been meteoric under this administration; phenomenal by any standard of measure dating all the way back to Roosevelt and that growth is a toxic action to any free enterprise system. The spending (that has been there for 50 years) has been ratcheted up to a level that almost surreal and most certainly unsustainable. This President having spent more than all of his predecessors combined in history!

As nations all over the world begin to realize that personal responsibility is the key to their survival (Greece is reeling from street riots as those on the dole see the end of the artificial economy, the UK has had its fair share as well). We appear to be heading the wrong way, headlong into the “Socialist Coma” that other nations are starting to wake from. As European Nations (Like Germany) see where the unbridled immigration has hurt them; our President sues “States” as they try to protect their borders. Our Justice dept. goes after “Sheriffs” instead of Black Panthers intimidating voters at polling places.

Indeed I would say the “Choice” is becoming crystal clear. I choose self-determination and personal responsibility. I pray this President is overwhelmingly defeated in November of 2012 and that the next president sees the choice as clearly as I do.

Has the elitist America government flown so high that it has finally touched the sun blinding all to the truth? Have the musicians of elitist government played so loud that the roar of the masses falls silent upon the ears of the powerful? The nation that conquered the moon, has it become so successful that truth is irrelevant with no meaning and has now become acceptable for the government to give people the back of its hand and the heel of its boot? Why have so many chosen in their ignorance to accept becoming property of government? America’s problems are not impossible to solve and the answers do not lie on mountain tops or at the sea bottom where complex strategies must be employed to retrieve a secret answer. The simple virtues that made this country great are still the answers to our problems today, but only if we chose the path to see and hear them.
America was born from the blood and flesh of individual sovereignty, not group dictatorship. Your voice is guarded by the blood of heroes who sacrificed the very being of their soul so you could be heard and not dismissed as paltry rabble. We can save America from the corruption and lies if we turn our back on progressive policies and reacquaint ourselves with true honesty.

To pitch the constitution in revolutionary times to the common folk, assurances had to be made that the elite, the wealthy, and the powerful would not be in control cutting out the working people. The present forced collectivism is a betrayal of that promise and trust.
The current laws are designed to permit government (republicrats/democans) to select their voters through the act of gerrymandering. Other elections laws and funding anomalies grant these parties a pardon and clearly goes against the honest principles and beliefs of those who wrote the federalist papers. The founders understood immoral character and factionalism would occur, but believed under a republic of our potential the harm caused by factionalism would be mitigated out preventing harm to the minority and the individual. Unfortunately under the forced collectivism of the party system that wields the power of government our system has been contorted and corrupted causing significant harm to the minority and the individual. There is a valid reason why our republic is based on ‘we the people and not we the states or we the parties’. That is to specifically prevent oppression of the minority and especially the individual. Returning to honesty, returning to individual freedom and sovereignty is our way back to the path of healing and success.
Educate yourself and take the time to educate others. If we choose to abrogate our responsibility and refuse to seek out knowledge and drink its nectar then all else falls by the wayside. History can be a very cruel lesson when it is destined to repeat itself.

The Multitude of Falsehoods about - RomneyCare

“Let me tell you this about our system in Massachusetts: 92 percent of our people were insured before we put our plan in place. Nothing’s changed for them. The system is the same…”

Well actually, quite a bit has changed for the people of Massachusetts since Mitt Romney signed the Massachusetts health care law in 2006 (with Ted Kennedy standing over his shoulder). Here are the facts amassed so far:

• RomneyCare killed more than 18,000 jobs in Massachusetts in 2010.
• Romney’s health care law reduced personal income by hundreds of dollars for individual workers and families.
• Under RomneyCare, private health insurance costs have risen by $4.311 billion in Massachusetts.
• Access to primary care physicians is becoming more restricted, as wait times continue to increase.
• Most primary care practices are closed to new patients.

Shortly before his plan became law, Governor Romney claimed that “Every uninsured citizen in Massachusetts will soon have affordable health insurance and the costs of health care will be reduced. And we will need no new taxes, no employer mandate and no government takeover to make this happen.” His statement is devoid of honesty & could not run any farther from the truth:

• With RomneyCare in place, state health care expenditures have risen by $414 million.
• The federal government has spent an additional $2.418 billion on Medicaid for Massachusetts.
• Medicare expenditures increased by $1.426 billion.
• Under Romney’s health care law, the cumulative increase in the cost of health care has come to $8.569 billion, so far.
• Employers “who employ 11 or more full-time equivalent employees” and do not make a “fair and reasonable contribution” to their employees’ health insurance are required to pay a fine.
• Mitt Romney increased taxes the moment he signed RomneyCare.

Here’s the best kept secret of all: Massachusetts isn’t paying for it! The state has been able to shift the majority of the costs to the federal government.

More troubling facts:

• More emergency room crowding: Despite reassuring predictions to the contrary, wasteful “low severity” ER visits continue to skyrocket.
• The number of people “playing” the state’s health insurance system (by purchasing coverage only when they are sick) quadrupled from 2006 to 2008.
• RomneyCare increased single-coverage employer-sponsored insurance premiums by about 6 percent.
• As a direct result of Romney’s proudest achievement, low-to-medium earning families often suffer financially when they work harder to earn more money.

The future of RomneyCare:

• Government rationing
• Price controls
• All physicians become government employees
• Repeal?

Why is Mitt Romney so proud of RomneyCare? The world may never know the truth.

The early leaders of the reformation such as Martin Luther, John Calvin John Wycliffe, Ulrich Zwingli, and Jan Hus looked at the Bible and the current state of the church and saw that something was wrong. Abuse of power by the church leaders, and selling of positions for political gain was repulsive to these men. They studied the early church fathers and the Bible; the founding documents of the Church; to see what went wrong, and what they could do to repair that damage.

Clement of Alexandria, Ignatius of Antioch, Polycarp, John Chrysostom, Tertullian, and Augustine of Hippo had all left behind writings of the early church that elucidated the interpretation of the Bible as taught by the Apostles. They clarified the Governance of the Church, Doctrine and policies, for the spread of Christianity throughout the world. The reformation was born with a return to the standards, doctrines and teachings of the early church.

Currently we need an American Political Reformation. We need a return to our roots through a national study of our founding documents, and the writings of our founding fathers. A return to the Standards of self-reliance and opportunity. We need schools to teach American History first, other history second. We need to study the Slavery issue in historical detail; the Revolution in context; the War of Northern Aggression; called by some as a “Civil War”; in the light of the Constitution and economic standards of that day. We need to teach World Wars in light of political realities of the time they occurred, and we need to teach Viet Nam as a Social and Political war. We need to teach the ugly truth of our history as well as the shining moments in the course of Human events. The Alamo and My Lai. Reality and factual truth based instruction should be the rule rather than the exception.

‘Veritas vos Liberabit’ - The truth will set you free.

We need our elected politicians to uphold their oath of office; to protect and defend; not to coddle and provide. We need our Government to get out of the way and let Americans prosper or fail on their own merits, on their own abilities, from each according to his willingness and ability, to each according to their effort and skill. We need to get Government out of Charity! Charity must originate from the heart of the giver, not forced charity wrenched away by government and given to those who government chooses to bestow it upon.  Governmental charity is nothing more than public theft.

1 Corinthians 13:3 and though I bestow all my goods to feed [the poor], and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profited me nothing.

A man must give from love or it is no good. Public Charity destroys both the giver and receiver; the Giver because it is no longer done out of love but of duty; the receiver because it no longer is truly based on need but encourages Sloth.

We need an American Reformation - a return to the Principles & Values our country was founded upon.

The strength of the Family, pride in Country; the “Work Ethic” all of these things are what made America the greatest in the world.

As I am now over 50 years of life I reflect back attempting to measure the loss in these values. While I cannot put a quantitative label on the amount of degradation of “Accountability & personal responsibility”, I can certainly tell you there is a noticeable contrast between my youth and the present. Maybe there is no “Percentage calculator” to measure the amount of Independence this Nation has lost over the last few decades; but any honest man would tell you the amount that has vanished is significant…

I truly believe there is a direct correlation to the above mentioned disintegration of values and the quality of leadership this Country has been subjected to over the last 30 or 40 years.

Not just in the White House, but more importantly in the Congress, in the Senate. The people that have been choosing this path and selecting the manner in which we move forward have mutated into some great amorphous state of “Political Purulent Ichor”. They are concerned with only one thing, “Their political longevity”. The compensation, the benefits, and the ill-gotten gains those in Washington have extracted for themselves have transformed them into not much more than a “Gang of Thieves”.

The current occupant of the White House, in my opinion, may be the worst of the lot. Having more power that any recent President has had, this man has derided our Heritage, embraced our enemies, and dishonored our Heroes. He has taken from those that have produced, giving it to those who have not (as long as they swear allegiance to his regime). In two years, I believe, he has done more to hurt this Country than anyone in our Nation’s History. If we cannot rid ourselves of the addiction of the “Government Handout”, if we cannot bring ourselves to even define our enemies (let alone confront them) we are destined for a mediocrity that will resemble a drug induced trance.

Look at the children in the mid 1900’s. Daily chores strengthened them. Teaching them respect made them better. Teaching them accountability made them honest. Teaching them self-reliance made them prosperous. Allowing them to fail gave them reference points to guide them in later life.

The elections of November 2012 may be our last best chance to turn this around. Use the power that is still ours to use, the ballot. Turn out the leader of this malaise and the minions that serve him. Use the power we have to TAKE OUR COUNTRY BACK…

The GOP takeover of congress has translated into “hand-to-hand combat for the next few years or so claims our president as he was out on the campaign trail recently calling on black Americans to get out and vote in lock-step to mindlessly keep Democrats in Congress to do his bidding and rubber stamp his policies.

Hmm….  ”Hand-to-hand combat” sounds like a tad of a violent threat from our pacifist president doesn’t it?

The political pundits and talking heads are wailing and moaning or prognosticating that Mr. Obama is out of touch with the American people. No one can get through to him because he has his policies in place to “fundamentally change American” and Americans into automatons locked in the clutches of the Wicked Witch of the Beltway all seeing and all controlling government.

But are things really so bad for Mr. Obama on the political front.  Let’s say, the American people decide to toss out more Democrats in the next election. What changes?

Nothing, not a single thing.  The President can and will veto every measure the Republicans /Conservatives pass to try to bring this country to its founding roots.  He can also use (and has) those pesky Executive Orders to install tyranny and there is nothing that anyone can do about it.

Mr. Obama made no mystery about the change he wants to bring to America.  Although he didn’t especially use these words, the goal of the administration seems to be to destroy the middle class and make access to the American Dream in accessible to minorities.  Why?  Because he doesn’t want those folks to make decisions for themselves; he or his party don’t want those folks to taste freedom as well as the grand American spirit of taking responsibility for one’s success.  Reaching those goals and sitting back to relax after a good day’s work, proud of one’s labor and accomplishment is the gift that keeps on giving and building the soul that makes America and Americans - all of us - strong.

Stepping back just a bit, I don’t think Mr. Obama has been one bit unhappy since the Republicans were put into Congressional power because they are still effectively powerless against the power of the ever encroaching federal government.  If your goal is to break the middle class, foster more dependency upon the nanny state, keep the wool over the eyes of minorities and keep many of them locked into the mind-set that they are victims, take control of business and industry, take over our health care system, then I’d say our president can look back over the last two years and clink glasses with Reid and Pelosi and say, “Hey, man, job well-done.”  We don’t need Al Qaeda.  We can bring America to its knees all on our own with legislative measures that are over 2,000 pages long and give the job of filling in the details to federal agencies.

Have we lost control of our representative republic?  Absolutely, you have it!

The Progressives or Far Left Liberals have been working since the turn of the last century and it has taken about 100 years to shred our founding principles.  Before anyone goes off screaming and hollering, I have to be fair and admit that Democrat as well as Republican presidents have worked toward making us a Socialist Marxist nation. There are distinctions between the two, but both parties are at fault for moving this thought process forward unfortunately. The only difference at one level is the Republicans are sneaky and veiled in their assault where the Democrat leadership, much like the leadership of the Islamic Fundamentalist tells us what they plan to do to our nation to change it.  And we fail to believe them each and every time…

To me, Mr. Obama is just following and building on the failed tradition of Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton.  Do you remember the day she marched down to Capitol Hill with her large satchels at hand, the satchels that carried all of her plans for that massive HEALTH CARE over hall she was going to push through? Well, I wonder just how much of Hillary’s plan is neatly wrapped up in that 2,000 page bill on Health Care the Dems passed.  I’ll bet they didn’t have to do much to develop it except just dress it up a bit, put it in new binders, reprint it on non-yellowed paper and call it NEW.

Yes, whether we American people throw out the Progressive Democrats or not, Mr. Obama should be pleased with the success his administration and the Congress have had striving to reach their goals.

How long will it take to undo the nightmare of the train wreck coming our way?

It will take as long as it takes and the first place to start is to get rid of the federal Department of Education.  We are well aware and have known for a long time that education is the key! The states must take back the responsibility of educating their citizens.  There are many good teachers across America but they are forced to belong to the NEA, a national union, (or something like it) and the union, like all unions, is not about anything but their own power and protecting the pay and benefits of union members whether they are qualified or not.

I guess Mr. Obama is threatening the American people with “hand-to-hand” combat if they put more Republicans in office.  For those of us who have served in combat or supported husbands and wives who have served in combat, that is not a statement to be tossing around lightly. Pitting Americans against one another even figuratively is ill advised and poorly thought out. American citizens deserve better from a president. Shame on him…

The misconception of democracy has been seen, even among patriots, repeatedly on the Internet, but this is so critical to our ability to understand who & what we are, as a nation, that I had to say something and make sure everybody understood this fact so we’re all on the same page. If you already know this, please share this information wide and far.

The United States of America is NOT a Democracy; The United States of America is a Constitutional Republic:

“I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic, for which it stands, One Nation under God, Indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for All!”

The Constitution of the United States of America, ARTICLE IV Section. 4:

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence.

The Founding Fathers knew that Democracy is a horrible system of government, totally inadequate for a nation as large as America, as well as conducive to a tyranny of the majority, so they gave us a Constitutional Republic with balanced sharing of powers and checks & balances keeping the progression of tyranny in check, for the most part, for many years

As Benjamin Franklin exited the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia on September 18, 1787, a Mrs. Powel, who wanted to know the result of the months of deliberation, asked: “Well Doctor, what have we got, a republic or a monarchy?” Benjamin Franklin responded: “A republic if you can keep it.”

Benjamin Rush said, in the year 1789: “A simple democracy … is one of the greatest of evils” and James Madison said, in 1787, “Democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention; have ever been found incompatible with personal security, or the rights of property; and have, in general, been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their deaths,” and John Adams is reported to have stated “Remember, democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet that did not commit suicide,” in the year 1814.

By the 1830’s, what we now call “progressives” had already begun transforming our language. Noah Webster’s American Dictionary of the English Language (1828 Facsimile Edition) is the last one to have fully Biblical/Christian education definition of all words. Nothing since, other than later printings of this edition of this dictionary, has been published, that I am aware of, that didn’t contain some form of word distortion/pollution by those we now call “progressives.”

Those “progressives” from the early 20th century all knew full well that we are a Constitutional Republic, IMHO, and like BHO, they felt that the Constitution of the United States of America was an impediment to their agenda, and one of the myriad things that was done to combat the Principles of Liberty Enshrined in the Constitution of the United States of America, was to promote the falsehood that we are a democracy, rather than a Republic. As Glenn Beck highlighted in his speech at CPAC 2010, in 1938, the COMMUNIST PARTY was publicly exhorting people to vote for “progressive” candidates in pamphlets. This makes it far easier to frame the argument in terms more agreeable to tyranny and oppression, empowering the media & the government-run schools to more easily mislead and misinform.

But even earlier than that, a significant, negative structural change in the system of checks and balances set up by our founding fathers passed by Congress May 13, 1912, then ratified on April 8, 1913. Its name? 

The 17th amendment of the Constitution of the United States of Amer… 

It modified Article I, section 3, of the Constitution of the United States of America, usurping the U.S. Senatorial Election process from the state legislatures, which process was a bulwark against the Federal Government’s expansion of power, and turned the election of Senators over to the masses, removing yet another check and balance against unlimited growth and power of the Federal Government.

Prior to the passage of the 17th Amendment, Senators were chosen by state legislatures, which allowed much greater local control over the election process, thereby keeping the Senators linked to the best interest of the states. Sadly, with the 17th Amendment, Senators were given the incentive to increase their own power by bribing the uneducated of the electorate with their neighbors’ tax dollars. This unwise change modified our Constitutional Republic to make it more like a Democracy, weakened the protections of the peoples’ liberties in the process, and removed the Senate’s check/balance against the Spending power of the House of Representatives.

Which brings up the point that technically, according to James Madison (Federalist No. 51, Wednesday, 06 February, 1788), we are a COMPOUND Constitutional Republic:

In a single republic, all the power surrendered by the people is submitted to the administration of a single government; and the usurpations are guarded against by a division of the government into distinct and separate departments. In the compound republic of America, the power surrendered by the people is first divided between two distinct governments, and then the portion allotted to each subdivided among distinct and separate departments. Hence a double security arises to the rights of the people. The different governments will control each other; at the same time that each will be controlled by itself.

By the latter half of the 20th century, most public education resources had adopted the falsehood that America is a Democracy as if it were reality, and today, the very mention of the fact that we’re a Constitutional Republic is met with scorn by those who know better, but don’t want to admit it, as well as the well-intentioned, but misinformed, who have been misled by our public education system, and are resistant to new ideas.

I just wanted to clear up this misconception, because whoever controls the language, controls society. It’s time we took back our country, including our culture! When we use the distorted definitions and false terminology of the American Left (so-called “progressives”), we are fighting the battle with one hand tied behind our backs. Awake and Arise, fellow Patriots! Wake up, America, and realize that liberty is being smothered in the back room! Let us continue to rally to her defense, even on issues that are seemingly small, such as the definitions of the words we use to discuss principles and issues. If it makes the difference in just a few dozen cases, it’s worth it, but I would guess that if universally understood, this truth could potentially make the difference in a few hundred thousand, and indirectly, a few million cases, if not more!

The Chapter on the 12th Principle of Freedom in the Constitution, from The Five Thousand Year Leap: 30 Year Anniversary Edition with Glenn Beck Foreword has the following to say on the subject:

During the early 1900s an ideological war erupted, and the word “democracy” became one of the casualties. Today, the average American uses the term “democracy” to describe America’s traditional Constitutional republic. But technically speaking, it is not. The Founders had hoped that their descendants would maintain a clear distinction between a democracy and a republic.

The creation of the current confusion developed as a result of a new movement in the United States. Approximately 100 people met in New York in 1905 and organized what they called the Intercollegiate Socialist Society (ISS). Chapters were established on more than sixty college and university campuses coast-to-coast. In time the co-directors of the movement became Harry W. Laidler and Norman Thomas. Laidler explained that the ISS was set up to “throw light on the world-wide movement of industrial democracy known as socialism.”

What was this new movement attempting to accomplish? Socialism is defined as “government ownership or control of all the means of production (farms, factories, mines, and natural resources) and all the means of distribution (transportation, communications, and the instruments of commerce).” Obviously, this is not a “democracy” in the classical sense. And it is the very antithesis of a free-market economy in a republic.

…by 1921 the violence associated with the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) had given the term “socialism” a strongly repugnant meaning to many people. The ISS therefore decided to change its name to “The League for Industrial Democracy.” The word “democracy” was supposed to carry the message that through the nationalization (government expropriation) of all the means of production and distribution, the nation’s fabulous resources would become the property of “all the people” — hence a democracy. Then America could enjoy “production for use, not for profit.” This meant that the word “democracy” was deceptive. Various devices were used to alert the public to the true meaning of the word. For example, the U.S. Army’s Training Manual No. 2000-25, published in 1928, contained a whole section explaining the difference between a democracy and a republic in their original, historical sense.

Our Founding Fathers studied Plato, Aristotle and Cicero, among others.

describes why a Republic was chosen over a Democracy:

There are many reasons why the Founders wanted a republican form of government rather than a democracy. Theoretically, a democracy requires the full participation of the masses of the people in the legislative or decision-making processes of government. This has never worked because the people become so occupied with their daily tasks that they will not properly study the issues, nor will they take the time to participate in extensive hearings before the vote is taken. The Greeks tried to use democratic mass participation in the government of their city states and each time it ended in tyranny.

In Federalist No. 10 (Thursday, November 22, 1787), James Madison contrasted democracy and the republic, pointing out that an expanding nation such as The United States of America couldn’t confine itself to the limitations inherent in a democracy. The point is also touched upon in Federalist No. 14:

“…in a democracy, the people meet and exercise the government in person; in a republic, they assemble and administer it by their representatives and agents. A democracy, consequently, will be confined to a small spot. A republic may be extended over a large region.” -The Federalist No. 14, Friday November 30, 1787

We live in a Republic where the majority cannot take freedom and liberty from the minority. That is the definition of Republic.

The word republic is from the Latin res, which means thing, affair or interest, and publica which means of everybody. It literally means everybody’s thing or interest.

The essence of a republic is the rule of law, by which is meant the common or scientific law, which is certain and unchangeable. This law is discovered, not made, in that the tendency is to find the freedoms and restraints imposed by natural law, and base decisions upon them. (”Man
cannot make principles, he can only discover them,” wrote Tom Paine.) Since human nature doesn’t change, what was right yesterday should be so today and tomorrow? Courts seek out and enforce a higher law as opposed to political or man-made law. As a result, the law seeks truth,
transcends politics, is reasonable, consistent, predictable, and reflects or approximates natural justice. Government acts like a shield punishing the abuses of freedoms - assaults against the life, liberty, and property of innocent people - not the freedoms themselves. For example, the misuse of a firearm which results in injury to an innocent party would be punished rather than the mere possession of such a weapon. Officers of the law are appropriately called peace officers, for
they do not enforce political law, but protect everyone equally from force and fraud. The military is used as a last resort to protect the nation. Moral authority rests outside the political class who are held to a high moral standard through public pressure. Government’s purpose is to protect rights and defend freedom. 300,000,000 Individual American Citizens vs. 545 Congress Critters

Politicians are uniquely the only people in the world who create problems and then campaign against them. Have you ever wondered why, if both the Democrats and the Republicans are against deficits, then WHY do we have deficits? If all the politicians are against inflation and high taxes, WHY do we have inflation and high taxes?

We don’t propose a federal budget. The President does, it is part of his job description.
We don’t have the Constitutional authority to vote on appropriations. The House of Representatives does, that is in their job description.

We don’t write the tax code, Congress does, we don’t set fiscal policy, Congress does.

We don’t control monetary policy, the Federal Reserve Bank does. (And we know this is wrong – really, really wrong!)

One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one president, and nine Supreme Court justices equates to 545 human beings here in the United States out of the 300 million citizens are directly, legally, morally, and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country.

I excluded the members of the Federal Reserve Board because that problem was created by the Congress. In 1913, Congress delegated its Constitutional duty to provide a sound currency to a federally chartered, but private, central bank, and again – I concede this is wrong.

I excluded all the special interests and lobbyists for a sound reason. They have no legal authority. They have no ability to coerce a senator, a congressman, or a President to do one cotton-picking thing. I don’t care if they offer a politician $1 million dollars in cash. The politician has (or should have) the power to accept or reject it. No matter what the lobbyist promises, it is the legislator’s responsibility to determine how he votes.

Those 545 human beings spend much of their energy convincing you that what they’ve done is not their fault. They cooperate in this common con game regardless of party.

What separates a politician from a normal human being is an excessive amount of gall. No normal human being would have the gall of a Speaker, who stood up and criticized the President for creating deficits. The President can only propose a budget. He cannot force the Congress to accept it.

The Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, gives sole responsibility to the House of Representatives for originating and approving appropriations and taxes. Who is the present speaker of the House? John Boehner. He is the leader of the majority party in the House. He and fellow House members, not the President, can approve any budget they chose. If the President vetoes it, they can pass it over his veto if they agree to.

It seems inconceivable to me that a nation of 300 million are incapable of replacing 545 people who stand convicted — by present facts — of incompetence and irresponsibility. I am unable to think of a single domestic problem that is not traceable directly to those same 545 people. When you fully grasp the plain truth that 545 people exercise the power of the federal government, then it must follow that what exists, and how that existence blends together is what they want to exist.

If the tax code is unfair, it’s because they want it unfair. If the budget is in the red, it’s because they want it in the red. If the Army & Marines are in Iraq and Afghanistan it’s because they want them in Iraq and Afghanistan. If they do not receive social security but are on an elite retirement plan not available to the people, it’s because they want it that way.

There are no insoluble government problems.

Do not let these 545 people shift the blame to bureaucrats, whom they hire and whose jobs they can abolish; to lobbyists, whose gifts and advice they can reject; to regulators, to whom they give the power to regulate and from whom they can take this power. Above all, do not let them con you into the belief that there exists disembodied mystical forces like “the economy”, “inflation,” or “politics” that prevent them from doing what they take an oath to do.

Those 545 individuals and they alone, are responsible. They and they alone, have the power.
They and they alone, should be held accountable by the people who are their bosses. We are their boss, we the individual American Citizen who votes. Provided the voters have the gumption to manage their own employees. We should vote all of them out of office and clean up their mess.

Along with many Americans, I have reached my saturation point with our public servants and the corruption that runs rampant amongst you.  The violation of Fiduciary trust has gone beyond questionable activities amongst a few and grown to an undeniable level of blatant Treason for which each and every one of you is GUILTY.

We, concerned citizens who come from all walks of life and educational backgrounds and span all Parties and age groups, have found common ground and are committed to exposing the criminals at all levels of our government.  We are the disenfranchised and betrayed citizens without a Party and no honest representatives in our failed government.

We are struggling and screaming at the top of our lungs while each of you continues to violate us, our country, our Constitution, our future and your SWORN OATH.  It is not a matter to twitter about behind our backs or for you derelicts to laugh about while you steal us blind and swill the champagne we pay for…or while you enjoy a scotch and relaxing massage in the royal ‘clinic’ you cretins set up inside our Capitol.   It is not an outdated and meaningless concept.  We take it seriously and mean to see the violations prosecuted.

Victims of all manner of crime; from the real estate and financial fraud to food poisoning that the FDA was well aware of long before the public were informed … to the usurpation of the White House … are waiting.  We are waiting for a few good men and women to stop lying and blowing smoke while our country slowly burns.

You KNOW what is going on…you know about the crimes committed by our government and the obfuscation of evidence and the protection of these Traitors.  You know about the crimes committed by global raconteurs, including those who run huge banks and corporations and the public servants who are paid by the citizens of our nation (and by their fellow business raconteurs, drug dealers, money launderers, gun runners, war mongers and human traffickers).  YOU KNOW yet you fall silent and do nothing to deserve our trust and the payments you extract from us through your bribery, extortion and coercion.  You clearly expect to continue your theft and enjoy the retirement we are determined to see that none of you ever receive.

You’ve been there too long and know too much to feign innocence or helplessness.  We clearly sent you marching orders in November and instead you make golf dates with your evil co-conspirators.  We asked you not to compromise with evil and now realize that you are part and parcel of the evil we trusted you to fight.  Your betrayal is unforgettable and unforgivable.  What is almost laughable is that people like you think you will survive these crimes.  You are marked men; by the very criminals you conspire with.  Historically, people of your ilk and status will disappear when the elite’s tire of you or you have served your purpose.  Stupidly you play and dance to their rules and tunes.  You grovel and grin, slobber all over them, embrace them publicly…you prostrate yourself and kiss their filthy sandals.

We worked hard to fill some 680 seats nationwide with legislators and governors who promised Conservative honest leadership.  You are one of the many who used us…and are deep in the conspiracy to defraud each of us.  We all know what those promises were comprised of and you are all doing a less-than-stellar job which we are beginning to comprehend is all ‘by design’.

The question I would ask is this:  Are you oblivious or are you a wolf in sheep’s clothing?  THIS IS NOT A RHETORICAL QUESTION.  PLEASE ANSWER.  Of course, I will not get an honest answer because you are obviously one of the guilty parties and a coward to boot.

You, sir, are part of the problem. You are shameful and deserve the fate of a Traitor along with most of our Fiduciaries.  Violations of Fiduciary Trust, Treason, Theft, Obstruction of Justice are only the tip of the iceberg and all are fully actionable offenses…civilly and criminally.  We will, as the Constitution clearly states is our legal right, take matters into our own hands and by-pass the self-appointed royal elite that has abused our trust and destroyed so many of us personally and irreparably at such a time as we deem necessary.  We will deal with each of you eventually just as we dealt with prior kings who violated us. You had the opportunity to be a real hero and instead chose to be a foe.  We still honor those who founded our nation and lost everything in the process.  We will honor those men and women who fought and lost limbs and life and continue to do so with the misguided belief that they are being led by leaders who believe in what they are fighting & sacrificing for.

The putrid idea that you would continue to play along with BHO in our White House and his sycophant wife knowing full well that they are illegally occupying said residence and doing everything they can to destroy us is more than we can abide.  The idea that you would even offer to play golf and compromise screams volumes at us and makes you no better than them.  WE placed that gavel in your hand along with the sacred duty that accompanied it; not a golf club and a tissue to wipe your tears as you grovel and embrace the Muslim Marxist puppet in our White House.  You, like so many other men before you, who once inspired patriotism and naive trust now only succeed in assisting the regurgitation of my last meal and anger so visceral that I cannot believe it is my own.

We can only conclude that you have been sullying our halls of Congress for all these years on behalf of a stinking cabal which has no respect for us and our foundation and would destroy our future for the fleeting personal gain accumulated in the short life we humans are afforded.

I look at you and I shake my head. I wonder sometimes if your tears are for your family that you have violated so profoundly or for yourself and the failure you have evolved into…the shame you have brought upon yourself.  I ponder how you can face the day without depression for violating the very system that allowed you to rise from a poor barkeep’s son to a powerful position (although, in reality, you remain a poor little NOTHING; it seems).  How much alcohol does it take for you to sleep at night?  There is a special place in Hell for all who turned our shining city on the hill into the laughing stock it is now.

You are no leader unless you consider presiding over a gang of thugs’ leadership.  There is no excuse for the crimes and cowardice…NONE.  YOU are Speaker of the House because of US.  WE did that and you have spit in our faces.

While evidence of egregious and unbelievable crimes mount daily.  While evidence mounts regarding the financial crimes for which you filthy thieves paid off the criminals…notice I did not state ‘bailed out’ because all you did was pay them off with money you literally stole from U.S. and simultaneously bestow our enemies with the gift of our money against our express wishes.  All of this continues and you do nothing.  You make a mockery of your position and a caricature of humanity.

Now we learn that billions more of OUR money was loaded up IN CASH onto C130s and hauled into IRAQ.  There is no justification for cash being loaded into anything…not in this day and age of technology.  The disappearance of that money was planned and we all know it.

We are not going away…we are not giving up…we will hold each of you accountable and proceed with all legal means available to us to see you each pay the price for your crimes.  You aided and abetted in the illegal installation of a usurper and you continue to aid in the cover up.  You aided in the theft that ended up in the hands of our enemies here and abroad and continue to do so.  You derelicts allowed the usurper to declare and engage us in what is turning out to be THREE MORE WARS…making the formal total five.  And, yet, you totally ignore the war we are waging here at home against criminal public servants and agencies, Muslim infiltration, Illegal Alien invasion and theft and the rampant fraud being perpetrated against us all.

You can perceive this as a threat, but I’ve made none.  I am proffering a promise based upon my faith in the American people and their ability to rise to the challenge and win.  I’m just one over-fifty American who has little left to show for my work ethic and time served on this planet, thanks to you and your associates.  But, I have my voice and that is still a Liberty I intend to use to the fullest extent.

This deterioration, if allowed to continue without relief and retribution by our current government employees, will only end badly….VERY BADLY.  There will be no place to hide or avoid what is surely coming.  There is no way to stop the horrific mess we will surely face when the ‘American Volcano’ (ours will not be a ‘simple dyke leak’) erupts as one of you megalomaniacs pushes the red button we feared as children.

None of this is conjecture or the ranting of an extremist, birther, nut job, fanatic as characterized by those of you who use those terms to deflect from your own insanity and the greedy, power hungry narcissist thugs who belong to your club.  Our formerly trusted Fiduciaries are the insane and twisted characters of Twilight Zone and Sci Fi fantasies.  You have become the real Boogeyman of my childhood and your grandchildren would go screaming into the night if they really knew what you are part of and what the future you are facilitating holds.

Yes, we are fanatics where our Constitution, our health, our blood, sweat and tears and our children are concerned.   Contrary to your canned speeches and desires; we cannot be intimidated and deflected from our purpose.  When one falls, twenty more will rise.  For every twenty who are informed, twenty times twenty are waiting in the wings.   Every day, more Americans begin to stand and fight.  It is ironic when you consider that by intentionally putting us out of work, stealing our homes and credit, stomping on our dreams, invading our privacy and subjecting us to all manner of abuse, spending our money and retirement income; you have created a monster.  You created a myriad of individuals who have little to lose and everything to reclaim.  You created a multitude of people who have nothing else to do with our discretionary time and impressive energy and skills.  This is not a battle of wits and cunning; it is war.  It is a war we did not start; but we are willing to finish …no matter the cost or the outcome.  We are unwilling to live the life you cretins are trying to carve for us.  You see…our love and our passion will carry us.  We have nothing to apologize for or excuse.

The Truth matters.  The Constitution matters.

The Elections of 2012 for some people are a foregone conclusion: The Hard Left is already sure their “Anointed One” (in my opinion, The Destroyer of America) will prevail. The Righteous Right believes no sane person (that loves this Country) could vote for BHO given the results of his actions in his first two years. The uninformed, yes there are many that live in a Media Induced Coma, care not who wins; they only hope for a never ending stream of American Idol & Survivor…

The informed, but uncommitted had better begin to realize what is at stake in the upcoming elections. BHO has almost made the borders non-existent. His man Holder sues “States” holding them hostage for the Mexican Cartels Violence and defenseless against the hordes of illegals; at the same time he drops charges against ‘Club Wielding” Black Panthers at Voting Precincts.

BHO & his Union pals have usurped major portions of the US Economy and their appetite for more is steady. We look like “Fools” on the International Stage; the American President Bows to Saudi Royalty says nothing while freedom lovers are killed by the Madman Mahmoud… but is quick to throw a 30 year ally under the bus when the Muslim Brotherhood organizes street riots in Egypt.

The current occupant of the White House bashes local law enforcement (the Gates affair), calls the US Chamber of Commerce Foreign Agents and appoints a long list of Radicals to key posts all over America. There is a lot at stake in 2012…

Don’t assume that the Media will behave differently. News organizations no longer exist; for the most part the main Stream Media has become an arm of the Left Wing Radicals that have engulfed the Democratic Party. Stories are twisted, ignored or fabricated as they are needed. Their actions (the Press) have been shameful at best and treasonous at worst.

It befalls those on the “Right” to choose their “Standard Bearer” wisely. It had better be someone that can explain a complex problem (with or without the use of a teleprompter). The candidate better have thick skin to absorb the punishment that is sure to be dished out. But this nominee had also better be able to touch people on the inside. This “Last Hope for America” needs to be able to stimulate God Fearing, Flag Loving Patriots; this can’t be a speaker like John McCain or George Bush.

The GOP Candidate had better come with very little “Baggage” (Newt would be a bad idea); because the media will invent “Baggage” for them. Perhaps waiting until the last minute would be better than to come out early; but in any case they had better be able to come out “Swinging”.
